-- All orders are accepted on the assumption that the customer has read and agreed to all terms and conditions as listed.

-- All orders (ie: type of piece, color and markings), need to be approved at the time your painting slot is booked. A deposit of $50.00, or the arrival of the piece to be painted, is required to book a painting slot. Painting slots are non-transferable.

-- Price includes full prepping, including seams sanded and any other blemishes removed or corrected before painting begins. I believe that having the 'canvas' (in this case, the model) be flawless is just as important as the painting itself, and so I prefer to do prepping myself when at all possible.

-- Payment can be made via check, money order, or Visa/Mastercard. I prefer not to accept Paypal due to its fees, and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Credit cards can be called in, and I will provide you with my number if you decide to charge it!

-- Payment/your balance is due in full upon the completion of the model. This means you have until the horse is finished to complete payment; and I will keep you updated on its progress so you know what is going on.

-- Along with keeping you updated on their progress, I will send a full set of photos of your piece for your review prior to shipping. After you see these photos, there can be minor changes made if need be... for example, tweaking the color that is already there. Upon approval, the horse will be shipped Priority USPS, insured.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on your purchase. If you receive your horse and you are not 100% thrilled with it in person, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it, and I will fix the error to make him perfect. Showing your model, whether live or photo, voids this guarantee.

** If you have purchased a model from me dating earlier than 2005 PLEASE feel free to return it for updates! I am always improving my techniques and it is important to me that you are always happy with the work you purchased and that is does well for you in the showring. Updates will be done according to my current workload and you will only be charged for return shipping costs.
